For the first time, Cuevas y Cía participated in San Sebastián Gastronomika, one of the most prestigious culinary conferences in the world. Rocío Cid, the company’s manager, represented the brand at the AGACAL (Axencia Galega de Calidade Alimentaria) stand, where she had the opportunity to showcase the Cuevas Chef range to chefs, experts and professionals from the gastronomic sector.
Our products attracted a great deal of interest, especially among those looking for new ideas for haute cuisine. The delicate marron glacé did not go unnoticed and was a real surprise for many. But what really caught the eye were our chestnut garnishes, chestnuts in syrup and natural chestnuts.
It was an enriching experience in which tradition, innovation and excellence came together to further consolidate the value of our products in the gourmet sector and open up new opportunities in signature cuisine.
