Innovation also means crossing borders and sharing knowledge, which is why Rocío Cid Díaz, manager of Cuevas y Cía, took part in a Net4Food conference held yesterday in Bragança, Portugal. Specifically, she took part in a round table that brought together companies and clusters from Spain and Portugal to reflect on the present and future of the Iberian agri-food sector, especially in the Galicia-Northern Portugal Euroregion.
At this conference, we had the good fortune to share space and exchange ideas with Helena Jamardo, from the Galicia Food Cluster; Deolinda Silva, from the PortugalFoods cluster; Elisabete Ferreira, from Pão de Gimonde; Filipe Centeno, from Proenol; Carolina Dias, from Casa Mendes Gonçalves; Pedro Babo, from LandraTech; and Iván García Besada, from Néboda Farms, at a meeting focused on innovation, sustainability, and new trends that are transforming the way we produce and consume food.
This new event with Net4Food continues the path begun a few months ago, when we participated in the meeting held at the Ourense Campus, where companies and researchers shared ideas and experiences to build a healthier, more sustainable food system connected to scientific knowledge.
At Cuevas y Cía, we believe that the best way to move forward is to do so together, collaborating and learning with those who share our vision for the future of the food sector.
