Fast Chocolate Chestnut Cake

We take a “sobao”-type sponge cake and soak it in milk for 10 seconds. We put it in the microwave for 10 seconds. Heat some chestnuts in syrup for 5 seconds in the microwave and place them on the sponge cake. We finish with a good chocolate sauce or with melted dark chocolate, also in the microwave.

Tip: A lot of microwaves, hence the speed. To melt chocolate at home is best.
